Nantcol Binaural recording
This binaural guided meditation takes the listener on a 'Yoga Nidra' style journey of imagination and self discovery. It is designed to be listened to on headphones. The soundwalk was recorded on location at Nantcol in Snowdonia by Serena Alexander and the script and narration is also by Serena.
Guided Body Scan Meditation
A guided body scan meditation to enhance body awareness and relaxation. Let go of all concerns and let your stress melt away. This is not a binaural recording but is simply an aid to find more peace.
Belly Breathing Meditation
Softening tension in the belly through doing this guided meditation can help with relaxation and reducing tension held there.
Adapted from the belly breathing meditation by the Buddhist teacher, poet and author, the late Stephen Levine.

Rain on Blame
Learning to forgive people and to let go of situations in relation to them is key in enabling us to find freedom in the present from negative feelings. If we keep reliving the past our mind is capable of regenerating the states of mind that we previously experienced and we end up with the negative feelings associated with them. How wonderful it is to let go of that sufferring by forgiving and letting go.
The Three Domains of Forgiveness
Learning to forgive requires a deeper understanding of the methods we need to fully let go of the pain and hurt we may feel in relation to others and what they may have done to us in the past.
